    Hi Tech Mobility AS (org.no. 922 741 085) is the data controller for personal data collected via hitechmobility.io and our services. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection law.

    1. What data we process

    • Contact information from website forms: name, email, phone, company, message.
    • Technical data when using the website: anonymous visitor ID (UUID stored in your browser's localStorage), page path, referrer, timestamp — only if you consent to analytics.
    • Marketing data: events sent to ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) via Google Tag Manager — only if you consent to marketing.

    2. Purposes and legal basis

    • Handle leads and inquiries from contact forms — basis: legitimate interest in responding to requests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
    • Analytics to improve the site — basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
    • Marketing and retargeting via ad platforms — basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
    • Comply with legal obligations (accounting, security) — art. 6(1)(c).

    3. Cookies and similar storage

    • Necessary: required for the site to work (e.g. language and consent state). No consent required.
    • Analytics: stores an anonymous visitor ID and records page views. Only enabled with your consent.
    • Marketing: allows us to send events to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn for ad targeting. Only enabled with your consent.
    • You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Change consent” button below.

    4. Data processors and storage location

    • We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, database and infrastructure. Data is stored in the EU.
    • Google (Tag Manager, Ads), Meta and LinkedIn receive marketing events if you have given consent.
    • Data Processing Agreements are in place with all sub-processors handling personal data on our behalf.
    • We never sell personal data to third parties.

    5. Retention

    • Leads and contact requests: up to 24 months after last activity.
    • Marketing and analytics events at third parties: per the platform's own policies (typically 14–26 months).
    • Accounting records: 5 years per Norwegian bookkeeping law.

    6. Your rights

    • You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing.
    • You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
    • Requests: privacy@hitechmobility.io — we respond within 30 days.
    • You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).

    7. Security

    • We use TLS/HTTPS, encrypted storage and row-level security in the database.
    • Access is granted on a least-privilege basis.
