The parking system that makes you your own parking company
A parking system is everything that has to work together for a car to drive in, park and pay without anyone lifting a finger: plate recognition at the entrance, rules in the cloud, payment, enforcement, EV charging and reporting. We supply the whole chain as one platform. The site and the parking revenue are yours — no operator in between and no extra work for your operations team.

What a parking system consists of
The parts below are delivered together. You don't pick a supplier per function, and you don't end up with systems that can't talk to each other.
- Plate recognition (ANPR): the camera reads the plate while the car is still rolling — the plate is the ticket.
- Free-flow: no barrier, no ticket, no queue at the entrance. Barriers stay where the site requires them.
- Rules engine: prices, time limits, zones, guest quotas and who may park where — changed in minutes.
- Payment: app, card and invoice, settled into the property's own account.
- Enforcement: automatic detection of breaches instead of walking rounds with paper notices.
- EV charging: charging bays follow the same rules and the same payment as the rest of the site.
- Reporting: occupancy, turnover, revenue and deviations in real time — your figures, not an operator's.
The plate is the ticket — how the parts connect
A parking session runs through four steps in the system. The driver only notices the first and the last.
- 1. Entry: the camera reads the plate and the system immediately knows whether the car is a resident, employee, guest or unknown.
- 2. Stay: the rules engine decides price, time and rights — free period, guest quota or reserved bay.
- 3. Exit: the plate is read again, the session ends and the amount is calculated automatically.
- 4. Settlement: payment is taken in the app, by card or invoiced, and the revenue lands in the property's account.
Who owns what: you own the revenue, we supply the system
We are a system supplier, not a parking operator. The difference is whose money it is.
- You set prices, rules and who may park — we make them enforceable.
- Parking revenue goes straight into the property's own account, not through a middleman.
- The data in the parking system is yours, and follows you if you change supplier.
- We run the system: 24/7 monitoring, updates, and support for residents and guests.
What a parking system requires of your site
Most sites already have what is needed. We survey this before quoting, so nothing surprises you later.
- A camera position at entry and exit with a clear view of the plate, and power at that point.
- Connectivity: fixed line or mobile broadband — we set it up and monitor it.
- Signage showing prices and terms, as the rules require for enforcement to hold.
- Zones defined: residents, employees, guests, accessible bays, charging and short stay.
- If the site is built for barriers today, the barrier can stay and be controlled by the system, or be removed.
The economics of a parking system
Cost splits in two: equipment and installation once, and running the system continuously. The revenue side depends on how many bays are actually paid for today.
- One-off: cameras, signage, installation and engineering — driven by the number of entries and exits, not the number of bays.
- Running: licence for the parking system, operations, monitoring and customer service.
- In: the parking revenue in full, with no share going to an operator.
- Run the numbers for your own site in the price calculator on the parking company page.
